Joining Audio book disks

Due to health problems I must now use Audio books .
Some of these books have 10 or more disks, (cd) each disk being an album when loaded into my ZEN X-Fi2 mp3 player and as expected the player stops at the end of each album.(each disk is also broken down into 3 minute sections)
Is there any way that MakeitOne will join the discs (albums) together?
This would be such a great help
PS: I have been playing around with MakeitOne but cannot get it to work..Perhaps age has something to do with Ha Ha.
