2.07b album maker problem.

Does the 2.07b version of album maker correct the issue of merging mp3's that have been encoded at rates slower than 96kbps? Also, when I try to download the 2.07b version, the link is not found. Other than that, I like the tool.

2, I just can't find enough time to sit down and re-write the mp3 header support... I would have like to have this complete by now. So, no support for anything outside of 96-320kbps 16bit Stereo.... sorry

If you don't mind sending me the source, I might have the time to work on adding support for slower bit rates than 96kbps.
