Unable to combine files

I just installed software & sure I'm doing something stupid. When I include several mp3 files to be "made one" only get the 1st mp3 file in the list. The file size indicates it would include all of the files but is actually only 1. What am I doing wrong. Thanks!

could you provide a little more detail, its not clear from what you have written if you see all the tracks in the packing list, then pack successfully but only the first track plays. Please confirm:-
- you see all tracks in the packing list
- the album packs successfully (no errors)
- when you play the packed album you are able to hear all tracks (start to finish)
- when you unpack the album all of the tracks are successfully unpacked
